ShotPanda is a digital marketplace where independent designers provide App Store and Google Play screenshot templates directly to app developers.

1. Non-Refundability of Digital Downloads (All Sales Final)

Because premium digital templates are instantly accessible and copyable downloadable assets, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE under digital goods distance selling regulations. Once a transaction is completed and files are unlocked, no refunds or returns can be granted.

2. Duplicate Billing & Payment Gateway Errors

In the event of accidental duplicate billing caused by payment gateway or banking errors, the duplicated transaction amount will be corrected and refunded to your original payment method.
