1. Acceptable Use
ShotPanda is a marketplace where independent designers set up custom stores to sell their templates directly to app developers. You agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and in a manner that does not violate third-party rights.
2. Account Registration & Security
To purchase, download, edit, or open a store to sell templates, you may need to register an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all actions taken under your account.
3. One-Time Purchases and Licensing Terms
Premium templates on ShotPanda are acquired via one-time purchases directly from the respective designer's store. Each purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and commercial usage. Reselling, distributing, or sharing the original template files is strictly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
The ShotPanda brand, logos, interface designs, source code, and custom graphics are the intellectual property of ShotPanda and are protected by copyright laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
ShotPanda does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. ShotPanda takes no financial responsibility for approval or rejection states of your custom designs in mobile application stores.
